Air PAdre Kiteboarding Donates!

The University of Texas Brownsville Kiteboarding Association obtains kites, boards, and more!

The UTB Kiteboarding Club would like to thank Jeff Hoxtell and Air Padre Kiteboarding for donating kiteboarding equipment to the club. Air Padre Kiteboarding has donated 8 kitesurfing kites, 3 boards, 1 harness, several kite bars and lines, 3 kite pumps, and several safeties to aid UTB Kiteboarding in their efforts to start up a successful kitesurfing club on South Padre Island, Texas. This kiteboarding equipment is going to be hugely beneficial to the advancement of the UTB Kiteboarding club, and we cannot thank Air Padre enough.

The University of Texas at Brownsville Kiteboarding Association now has club gear that they can provide to members that know how to kite board and have paid their dues. The gear is located at the President's house for now, but we may be looking to keep it somewhere else. So if you can already kitesurf and pay your semester dues for the UTB Kitesurfing club then you can have full access to out kite gear!

Air Padre Kiteboarding Info

Air Padre Kiteboarding is the premier kiteboarding lesson center on South Padre Island, Texas. They offer all kinds of kiteboarding lessons from intros, riding lessons, to advanced kitesurfing lessons. They also have a fully stocked kite retail store.
